They are TOP NOTCH! I couldn’t believe The quality of personalize service here. Anytime we stopped by to check in on the pups someone was with them or they were in the yard playing or getting groomed! I’ve never found anywhere else like this. The owners are the nicest people! So friendly they always go above and beyond. But what I really really like, is the cleanliness. I can’t tell you how many places or groomers we have gone that are just so dirty I guess they don’t think the dogs care? Well I do. 😉 The ONLY place we will trust with our fur babies.

I boarded my dog at K9 last weekend for the first time! I was a little anxious, but since I’ve been there for his evaluation, I became much more calm! The staff is great, the structure is amazing, with plenty opened area for dogs to play! When I picked him up he seemed really happy! I’ll definitely board him there every time I need it!

Cub K9 is the best! We would be lost without this place. We have been bringing our dog Shamu here for a few months for daily doggy daycare. They are more then accommodating with our busy schedules. The staff is so personable and caring, the service they provide is beyond exceptional! Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and facility at Club K9 in San Ramon. They have been absolutely great with my two dogs, and now just one dog. The best part is the staff. They truly understand the temperament of the dogs and how each dog relates to other dogs. They seem to have a good staff to dog ratio in the dog play areas. Upon observation, they are overseeing the dogs all the time. I think the handlers' abilities is probably one of the most important attributes of a valuable employee at a dog care facility. In addition, the staff are universally nice to the humans who drop the dogs off. Lastly, the facilities are beautiful .

We love Club K9 they are a second home to my Puppy - Poppy. They are a loving caring community. Both either day or overnight I trust them to date and love my fur baby. The team that look after us are professional, loving and I have to say like part of the family.The location has excellent facilities is very clean. I love them and any opportunity I have will refer them as the absolutely best doggy day care you can get.

Bayou loves Club K9! First, the staff are all friendly, attentive and really get to know and care for your pet. Drop off and pick up is easy - including for boarding. They have it all well organized so you can check-in and out quickly. They can even provide their own food and baths. The best part is that your pet spends the day outdoors getting exercise and playing with other dogs. Whether you are doing daycare or boarding, your pet is outside having fun. There is no complex pricing scheme. Bayou comes home tired and ready for a good sleep and looking forward to his next Club K9 visit!

I have been taking my dogs to Club K9 for over 10 years. They are the kindest and best-run day and boarding facility anywhere. They have a facility that is like dog heaven with multiple play areas including sun, shade, water, etc. They get to know your dog and his/her tendencies to cater each experience. My new rescue dog needed extra understanding in the beginning and they let him find his way alone, then “promoted” him to a play yard with other dogs. The dropoff and pickup is so easy; they come to the car while you wait. Don’t hesitate to try them because they offer a free first visit to make sure you are comfortable with them and they are comfortable with your dog.

We remodeled our kitchen last year and it made sense to have the dogs off the property so that the contractors could get on with their work in peace. Signing up for unlimited daycare at Club K9 was a godsend. Dogs were happy , we were happy. I can only recommend Club K9 for offering high quality dog care and I won’t hesitate to take Lucy and Spiff back. Great customer service and attention to detail.

Great staff and fun play yards for your dogs. We have a 70 lb high energy dog and this is one of the few places he comes home happily tired. Our Dart loves to “go clubbing” aka daycare and boarding at Club K9. All it takes is a simple “want to go to the club?” and he’s at the door ready to go.

We LOVE this place for our puppy. The staff obviously love dogs, my puppy is SO excited every time we pull into the driveway and she is so happy and tired when I pick her up. Pick up and drop off are so easy and the hours are great. I can drop her off on my way to work and pick her up on my way home without any issue. They send me pictures during the day and it always makes me happy. I am just so happy I found Club K9 for her!

Club K9 is the best dog boarding in dog daycare facility I’ve ever found. I love my dogs and travel extensively so it’s important they’re in safe hands. I never worry, they always providing a loving care and an updated. Five stars all the way! Don’t go anywhere else, this is the best!

We’ve used Club K9 for many years. The staff is incredible. We never have to worry about our “kids” when in their care. This is a picture of our puppy, Hazel. She loves Club K9 so much she never looks back when dropping her off! She can’t wait to get thru the door to play with her friends. We highly recommend their services.

We had a wonderful experience with Club K9. Our 1.5 year old puppy Millie, who typically loves the dog park and new people, was SO nervous and scared her first day of daycare. We had hoped to board her the following weekend so they have us a 2nd free day to make sure she would be comfortable.She ended up staying for the weekend. Club K9 sent us pictures and an update while we were away which was SO nice to see that our girl was having a nice time.We really appreciate the care they showed Millie and cannot wait to bring her back another time!

Club K9 is the absolute BEST. We've never had a place we trusted so much with our fur babies. Our dogs LOVE going there, so much so that we will often take them there for an overnight even when we aren't traveling. I highly recommend Club K9!

My 9 month boxer puppy had been quarantined with me since March. I was introduced to Club K9 from a co-worker. My puppy visited for the first time for evaluation only a few weeks ago. He was accepted to stay for the day. It was his first introduction to "dogs". He was brought to my car after his long visit and jumped out of the window to run back to the facility! He was not finished playing. I now bring him 2 days per week. I tested boarding last weekend. He did great. We have received pictures of the pup playing with his new friends. I am boarding him again this weekend just so he can play all day, sleep, and wake up and play again. He has changed so much being able to run and run in one of their many beautiful gated yards! When I make the turn into the property to go up the driveway he starts wagging his tail and can't wait to get out of the car when we park. The staff loves their job and the beautiful dogs that come for a visit. I can't say enough about this fabulous property and the loving staff. You will see a change in your pet. They come home relaxed and very happy.

We love taking our dogs to Club K9. They are part of our family and Club K9 makes them part of theirs. We have use with all of our dogs over the past 20 years and we currently have two big dogs that go on a regular basis. We get pictures while we are away and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly Recommend.

Excellent service, i am so happy we've found them. Club K9 was recommended to us by others. They are a great help to me as i cannot give my 9 month old pup the exercise that he needs on a daily basis. He loves going there to play with his friends and comes home happily exhausted.The staff is there on a daily basis, knows what they're doing and taking all of the covid 19 precautions. I highly recommend Club K9!

Our dog comes home from Club K9 with a smile on her face from ear to ear. The staff is very friendly and obviously caress about dogs. Over the years they have made many upgrades as they continually strive to provide a safe, healthy and fun environment. We have been bringing our pets to Club K9 for over 10 years and have never had any problems other than dogs who think twice before jumping into the car to go home!

We always take Hugo and Elvis to Club K9. Dropoff and pickup is always so easy! We're often gone from 2 to 7 nights. The dogs come back happy and tired so we know they've had a great time. The socialization is very good for them - lots of open space for them to run around and make friends. We'd really be lost without this place!

Dropped my two large dogs off for their evaluation visit. Both dogs had a great time and they came home pooped!! I was impressed with their facility and the people working there are experienced with all types of dogs. Great place to drop your dogs off for doggy daycare or leaving them when you're out of town.

We love Club K9 and so does our dog. The drop offs and pick ups are always fast and easy which is helpful because we are usually heading out of town. The facility is big and clean and the staff are wonderful. We always get detailed reports and have peace of mind when we are away. I would highly recommend them as we have been so pleased.

I have a 3+year old golden retriever, Zelda, who get very excited when I tell her she’s going to play with the puppies. She is so happy at Club K9! Sometimes I think she’s rather be there than be home with me. As a dog owner, and a woman who can be very busy in her business and personal life, it’s a comfort to know I can drop Zelda off and know she will be safe, happy and engaged at the times I can’t be with her. I was referred to Club K9 by a co-worker after I received my new boxer puppy in March of 2020. Once he received his puppy shots and could go out in public I took him to the Club to run and play. On his very first day, when I went to pick him up, he jumped out of the passenger window and went right back to the door. He did not want to leave! It has been this way for the past 1-1/2 years. The staff treats each and every dog as if they are their own pet and it shows in the behavior of the pets. I am sure every single dog believes that they are a "favorite" . And believe me they are!! I have boarded my puppy more than once for overnight stays just so he can spend more time playing with other dogs and also when I have had to go out of town. He comes home happy and clean! Yes - for long stays the pets do receive a nice fresh bath so when they are returned they are as clean as can be. I don't know what my life would be like without Club K9. I live in a one-bedroom apartment and this facility has given my wonderful dog the best place to run and play and doggy socialize. And it is true that do socialize. My guy does have a favorite and I am told he is very excited when that dog is at the Club on the same day! You can't beat the price of leaving your pet at 7am and picking up at 7pm for only $40. My pup knows when we are on our way to the Club. He can smell it in the air. I am now careful to keep my windows rolled up to wait for the staff to come to the car and take him away for a fun day of play!

We were flying out of town for the holiday and couldn't take our 1 year old puppy. We found Club K9 and scheduled an introduction date for him. He hadn't had a lot of interaction with other dogs up until this point. I was a little worried he might not do well. I was very impressed with the staff at Club K9, very professional but at the same time, very friendly and welcoming. The visit went great and we confirmed his week long stay. Over the stay we were encouraged to call and check on our pup, which I did every other day. The staff was ready with detailed updates on how he was doing. It was very reassuring. The pick up and drop offs were also very effiicient. A well oiled machine! At the end of his stay, I could tell he had a great time with all the other pups.....I would highly recommend Club K9 for not only boarding but also for daycare. In fact, I will be taking our boy for a daycare soon as he had such a good experience.

I have been bringing my two chihuahuas to Club K-9 in San Ramon since moving to the Bay Area in 2018 and cannot recommend them highly enough. I do not need to worry about my boys when they are there. I can go away for days knowing they are having more fun at daycare than they ever do at home. Whenever we pass under the 580 on the way to daycare, one of my dogs gets the widest grin on his face because he knows exactly where we are headed. 😀

Our medium sized goldendoodle goes to Club K-9 almost everyday for the last 5 months. With all-day play, he comes home tired and happy. We love that he is known by name and is well-cared for. It's also great to have curbside drop-off. Our dog has boarded there at least 4 days each month. We're on the unlimited daycare plan and appreciate the free baths that Club K-9 offers.

We LOVE Club K9! We boarded our dog Boba here for about 11 nights and couldn’t be happier with our experience. It’s clear the staff really care and get to know each dog. I appreciated that we did a trial day before his extended stay, so that staff could observe him and see how he interacted in this new environment. One thing that’s really important is that they monitor each dog and group them based on size and play style. They have tons of different yards to make sure each dog is extremely comfortable and happy with other dogs, or can get alone time if that’s needed. We were so nervous to leave our dog with a boarding service for the first time, but all the staff was amazing and kept us updated about how our dog was doing. We got email updates every few days with pictures which really made our day! They were also great at communicating with us if he had any issues with digestion and they made sure to monitor his health and diet very closely. We could really tell that he was getting lots of individual attention and love. Will absolutely be coming here again and again for both daycare and overnight boarding. Thank you so much to all of the amazing staff!

*Similar experience at the Sunol branch* I've had my 1.5 year old Shiba overnight for a few days at this location and at Sunol/Fremont and they've been such positive experiences. The staff are all so sweet and when they have time, they're kind enough to send pictures of our dog via email. This location has the vast open space that the San Ramon area allows meaning more open grass for puppies to run around!Please don't change! Keep up the excellent service and attentiveness to our pets!

K-9 in Castro Valley is the best place for our dog. We were going for 1 week trip out of state and could not take our dog with us. My neighbour recommended K-9. We came there for an initial inverview and fall in love with the place. The areas are very clean and well maintenained with some special dog friendly grass, the kennels building has HVAC system. K-9 also offers dog bathing services at very affordable rate (free for a long term boarding), which is a great addition. The staff pays attention to all details what our's dog diet, ets. We are very happy that we have found K-9. We also, placed our dog a few times for one day stay when were too busy at work. Planning to do more short and long term boarding arrangements in the future. Thank you K-9 CV staff.

Reddy, our 7 yr. old Norfolk Terrier boarded at Club K-9, San Ramon/Castro Valley the last week of May 2022.. He got along well with the other dogs. I could tell when I picked Reddy up that he enjoyed his stay - he was happy to see me and seemed very content. I received a nice email midway through his stay and a photo if him playing with a Pug. Club K-9 is clean, well maintained and professionally managed by owner/founder Eric and Lori Fabianac. The play yards are terrific. The dogs carefully placed with dogs that will be a compatible fit. Club K-9 is a wonderful concept and is my 1st choice for Reddy's next vacation.

My dog has come here several times for daycare, I like how expansive the property is; plenty of play areas for dogs of all sizes/temperaments. Staff are all super nice and very polite, you can tell they love dogs. My pup comes home happy and tired after daycare here and I can tell he has a good time. Kudos to the team here for also sending me pictures of my dog here and there as well. Staff seem to be very attentive to all play areas, whenever I've come I always see at least one person in each area watching over the dogs. Highly recommend Club K9, especially if you're a commuter like myself as this is a very convenient location.

Great place for dog daycare. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Location is very convenient for commuting. They meet you at the car for full-service drop off and pick up. I’ve been taking my dogs there periodically over the past 5 years and they always come out tired and happy. Their anti-microbial turf and attention to cleanliness is a real plus.

I immediately had a good feeling about this place when I arrived and I was not disappointed! The staff is amazing - you can tell right away that they are big dog people and truly care about the dogs they are entrusted with. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and given a tour of their facilities which are basically like a doggy oasis - so much space! And I love that the dogs get to spend all day playing. This has quickly become our weekly daycare spot!

The first “greet and meet” is free. After that each daycare is $50, and overnight stay is $75. There are 15 play areas. They are covered with artificial turf. Each area has a staff watching the dogs. They are separated by sizes and energy levels. They appear to be well organized. My dog had a good first date. Will try it again.

I cannot recommend Club K9 highly enough. Our one year old puppy has been going for weekly day care and overnights for the past few months and we haven't had a single negative thought or experience. While originally cautiously searching for the best spot for our pup, we wanted to make sure she felt welcomed and loved wherever she went. After a few rocky incidents at other establishments, we were beyond relieved to find Club K9. Club K9 has won our heart... and Rennie's! They give updates and extremely in depth status notes about each visit, especially the overnights. The staff is beyond professional and very loving with the pups. THANK YOU CLUB K9 for allowing us to put our full trust in you.

I’ve driven past this business soo many times and just brought my dog Ghost Malone who is deaf for the first time. I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff is. How clean the facility is. How happy the dogs look. How happy my dog was when he came home. They had a hard time catching him because he didn’t want to go home. The best part is they are very reasonable priced for what they offer. I work in the pet industry as a retailer and I have seen many daycare and boarding businesses. This one is top tier. I’m having some health issues and can’t always exercise my dog the way I need and he also likes to play with other dogs. If I could give them 6 or 7 stars I would. This place is a Godsend!We got a puppy right before I suddenly got a new job where I am required to be in person. Club K9 is absolutely amazing! My 22 month old Chihuahua/ King Charles Spaniel mix, Archibald just loves going to see his friends and playing all day. I have been purchasing the unlimited monthly plan for Archie and am really happy with it. Sometimes he goes all day long (7a-7p) while I’m working and other days I may just drop him off for a few hours on Saturday/ Sunday while I run some errands or whatnot. He really loves spending most of the day outside while being there, it’s a wonderful location, nice fresh air up in the hills of Castro Valley. There is ample shade, baby pools, water misters to keep him cool, but still allow him that time to play outside all day. I know on really hot days they have brought him in to prevent him and others from overheating. I really trust the staff and this facility with my baby, they are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a great doggy daycare!

We have been going to clubk9 for over a year and a half now and my dogs love it. I also love them. My dogs and I have had a lot of big life changes in the past couples months and it’s been particularly hard on my older dog, and the staff have been communicative, have helped me problem solve and have just been so supportive of my dogs and I through every step of the way. I can’t recommend them enough. My dogs are generally there for the entire day while I’m working and I use the unlimited plan.

I was looking for a place to board my dog, Jupiter, when I came across Club K9. We took her for a trial day and we immediately knew we found the right place. Everybody was extremely friendly, they answered all the questions we had, and my dog came back home that day worn out and happy from playing all day. We just picked her up from a 4 night stay and are very happy with Club K9. We will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

This is the best place to board my dog. I was foolish enough to go across the globe, traveling to Africa, right before pandemic hit us all in mid March....If it was not for the wonderful team at club K9, I would have lost my mind worried about my dog. These guys are the most devoted to dogs in their care and their human clients, they stayed with the dogs even when it was unsafe for them to go back to work ( before they got conceder Ed as essential business by city authorities , I bet every day to keep the place open was a challenge...). We were able to arrange with a family member to pick up our dog soon after shelter in place order, but I am sure Club K9 would have made arrangements to keep him longer, if needed. I know they would not abandon a dog whose owners got stranded abroad due to pandemic disaster (they assured me of that over a brief phone call I was able to place with them).These guys always go above and beyond for the dogs in their care, they treat them like family. My dog loves it there, and Club K9 is the only place I trust with my big furry baby. I have been a client of Club K9 for many years ( first with my previous dog for about 6yrs + and now with my new pup for 3+years), and I know that my furry family member is in good hands when boarding with Club K9. My pup has been going to Club K9 regularly since four months of age and has grown up playing there! The facility is really clean and I like that they take the immunizations seriously. Every dog must be up-to-date with vaccines which is really important to me! I also like that they have recently added that each dog must be vaccinated for the canine influenza! I have two dogs, Gracie and Milo, and they LOVE coming to doggy daycare at Club K9. They cannot wait to jump out of my car when they see the staff. I personally really appreciate that the staff cares for my dogs while I am at work, and that they make sure to tell me if anything is different with my dogs or if they have tummy troubles. The things that I love about Club K9: they pick up and bring your dogs to your car so you never have to get out of the vehicle, the staff is all super nice and they have sent me pictures of my dogs playing during the day (which made me super happy to see that they were both smiling), they handle the monthly billing, and once when the roads were shut down and I could not get to my dogs, Club K9 boarded both Gracie and Milo and did not charge me for the overnight stay. I was quite worried about them, but the staff called me and let me know that they were doing fine. They also checked on their dietary needs before giving them any food. I cannot say enough about how happy my pups and I are with this place. Special shoutout to Racheal and Nicole. You make it easy to leave my dogs in your care.

We love this place! Ever since we got Gracie from the pound, they have been instrumental in her socialization. She has been visiting them a few times a week for many years, although now just for exercise, and play-time. As soon as she sees where we are going she lights up, and gets all excited! This is the best place to bring your dog, I have a pit. The staff is wonderful. When we pull in the driveway, the staff and handlers are coming out or are already outside waiting for us. My girl gets so excited that she can't wait to get out of the car. When I pick her up, a staff member gives me a summary of how she is doing with the other dogs and handler. She falls asleep as soon as we get onto Crow Canyon. I'm so glad I found ClubK9. Thank you for all of what you do!!
